Terms of Service

These terms summarize the agreement between you and DeskTails. By creating an account you agree to use the service as described here.

Eligibility

DeskTails is intended for professional adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued access to functional features requires a subscription. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of your paid period. Even after a trial or subscription ends, you retain access to billing, cancellation, data export, account deletion, and support.

Your content

You retain ownership of the pet photos you upload. We only process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy summary.

Acceptable use

• Upload only images you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will note the date of the latest revision above.
